I. Executive Department

 

   A. The Imperial Wizard is the highest position in the Executive Department and shall have the following powers and responsibilities.

     1. Shall appoint and ratify the Imperial Klonsel and Imperial Kleagle as members of the Executive Department, and shall have oversight of them, and give orders to them at the discretion of himself.

     2. Shall have the power to override any decision made by any leadership position in the entire Klan, at the Executive, Territorial, and Local level.

     3. Shall have the power to issue commands/orders to any Klansmen or Klanswomen.

     4. Shall have the power to ratify anyone into the Klan, and shall have the power to expel anyone from the Klan.

     5. Shall have the power to create new offices, departments, and agencies in the Klan at his discretion.

     6. Shall have the power to create new laws and constitutional amendments in the Klan.

 

   B. The Imperial Kleagle is the second highest position in the Executive Department and shall have the following powers and responsibilities.

     1. Submit Bill's of Legislation to the Imperial Wizard for approval.

     2. Submit messages to the Imperial Wizard from other Klansmen or Klanswomen.

     3. Shall have the power to adminster departments and agencies in the name of the Imperial Wizard if necessary.
